How do I use the touch-up stick to fix scratches or dings on my Lori Bed or YouLift Bed?

Each touch-up stick has two sides:

  • Wax filler for dents, gouges, and deep scratches
  • White paint pen for surface blemishes and chips in the painted finish

Follow the steps below depending on the type of damage:

🟤 For Dents and Deep Scratches – Use the Wax Filler Side

  1. Clean the Area Wipe down the damaged spot so it’s clean and dry. Remove any loose debris.
  2. Apply the Wax Rub the wax filler directly into the scratch or dent. Slightly overfill the area.
  3. Level the Surface Use the scraper edge of the cap to remove excess wax until it’s flush with the surrounding surface.
  4. Buff (Optional) Gently buff with a soft cloth to blend the repair.

⚪ For Light Scratches and Surface Blemishes – Use the White Paint Side

  1. Shake the Pen With the cap on, shake well to mix the paint.
  2. Prime the Tip Remove the cap. Press the pen tip straight down on cardboard or scrap paper for 20–30 seconds until paint begins to flow. You may need to press and release a few times.
  3. Test First Make sure the paint is flowing evenly before applying it to your bed.
  4. Apply Carefully Lightly dab or stroke the chipped area. Do not press the pen directly onto your bed until paint is flowing smoothly.

Tip: Always test on a hidden area first to check color and flow before applying to visible surfaces.
