Can I use a Sleep Number mattress on one of your beds?
Sleep Number mattresses are not recommended for use with our beds because of their air chamber system and pump components.

Here’s why:

• They require a flat, stable surface, which only works when the bed is down.
• Air connections and hoses can shift or get pinched when the bed is lifted.
• The pump unit has no storage space inside the wall cabinet when the bed is upright.

For the best fit and long-term reliability, we recommend the Lori Mattress, which is specifically designed for Murphy beds.
