For safety, the Lori Bed must be anchored to the wall. However, we’ve designed the process to be as simple as possible.
Anchoring Requirements:
- The bed attaches to the wall using a rear mounting plate secured in three places.
- No need to screw into the floor or remove baseboards—unlike many competitors.
- We provide screws for wood and metal studs.
- The Lori Bed cannot be mounted to drywall alone.
Anchoring to Masonry or Concrete Walls
- If your wall is masonry, brick, or concrete, you’ll need to supply the appropriate anchors for your specific wall type.
- If your wall has masonry under the drywall, special anchors or installation techniques may be required for a secure fit.
Need Help with Installation?
If you're unsure about securing the bed to your wall type, we recommend consulting a reputable contractor. They can assess your wall, recommend the right anchors, and ensure a safe and secure installation.
