If the platform is not fully lowered to the floor, the Stayopen Locks will not engage or function properly.
To ensure proper locking, make sure:
- The platform is fully pushed down with the legs resting on the floor.
- The platform is parallel to the floor and positioned at a 90-degree angle to the cabinet.
This alignment allows the Stayopen Lock to engage correctly into the hole in the Mechanism Plate.
