How do I unbox and set up my Lori Mattress?

The LoriMattress is heavy, so we recommend having a partner or friend assist with setup. Follow these steps to safely unbox and set up your mattress:

1. Unbox in the right location – Move the mattress box to the same room as your Lori Bed before opening.
2. Prepare the bed – Ensure the Lori Bed is in the down (sleeping) position before proceeding.
3. Remove the compressed mattress – Carefully open the box and slide out the rolled mattress.
4. Position the mattress – Place the compressed mattress on the open LoriBed platform.
5. Unroll the mattress – Slowly remove the outer plastic film so the mattress begins to take shape.
6. Final expansion – Use scissors to carefully cut the inner plastic bag, then remove and discard the packaging.
7. Allow time to expand – The mattress is ready for use immediately, but it may take a few hours to fully expand to its proper shape.
