How do I make my payments to Affirm?
Making payments to Affirm is simple and straightforward. Affirm sends reminders to help you stay on top of your payments, and you can choose the payment method that works best for you. Here’s how you can make a payment:
Step-by-Step Guide to Making a Payment:
Receive Payment Reminders:
- Before each payment is due, Affirm will send you a reminder via email or SMS with the upcoming installment amount and due date. This helps ensure you never miss a payment. You also have the option to set up autopay, which automatically deducts your payment each month to make sure you stay on track.
- Log In to Your Affirm Account: To make a payment, go to www.affirm.com/account.
- Enter Your Mobile Phone Number: Affirm will prompt you to enter your mobile phone number. This step helps verify your identity.
- Receive a Personalized Security PIN: After entering your phone number, Affirm will send you a personalized security PIN via text message. Enter this PIN on the next page to authenticate your login.
- Select Your Loan: Once you’re signed in, a list of your loans and upcoming payments will appear. You’ll be able to see all the loans you have with Affirm and the payment due dates.
- Choose the Loan to Pay: Click on the loan you want to pay and review the payment details. This will show you the installment amount and the due date for the selected loan.
- Make a Payment: You can choose to pay using either a debit card or an ACH bank transfer. Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
- Confirm Your Payment: Once the payment is processed, Affirm will send you a confirmation email or SMS. You’ll also be able to see the updated balance and next payment due date.
Autopay Option
To avoid missing any future payments, you can sign up for autopay. This will automatically deduct your monthly installment on the due date, giving you peace of mind and helping you stay on track with your payments.
