Are YouLift Beds CARB 2 and TSCA Title VI Compliant?

Yes! Our YouLift Beds meet the following safety and emissions compliance standards:
CARB 2 (USA)
TSCA Title VI (USA)
E1 (Europe)

What Do These Standards Mean?

  • CARB 2 (California Air Resources Board) regulates air quality and limits formaldehyde emissions in wood products.
  • TSCA Title VI is a federal extension of CARB 2, ensuring that all composite wood products sold in the U.S. meet strict formaldehyde emission limits.
  • Since March 2019, all composite wood products in the U.S. must be labeled TSCA Title VI compliant.

Formaldehyde Emission Limits Under CARB 2

Our YouLift Beds are made from HWPW (Hardwood Plywood) and meet the following emission limits:

  • Hardwood Plywood (HWPW): 0.05 ppm
  • Particleboard (PB): 0.09 ppm
  • Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF): 0.11 ppm

This ensures that our beds are built with materials that meet the highest air quality and safety standards.
