Standard shipping for the YouLift Bed is 100% free in the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States), with a typical delivery time of 3-7 days after the bed leaves our warehouse. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are fulfilled the same day or next day (exceptions apply) after they are placed. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Shipping Details:
- Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. No signature is required, so the package will be left at your front door or wherever packages are typically dropped off within your building.
- Number of Boxes: The YouLift Bed is shipped in 2 boxes (plus an additional box if you purchase extra shelving or a desk). The boxes typically range from 70-120 lbs each, depending on the size and configuration of your order. We recommend having a partner assist with lifting to make the process safer and easier.
- Delivery Time: After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3-7 days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- Packaging: The bed is flat-packed for easier transport, and it will arrive in separate boxes for you to assemble. This packaging ensures that all parts are securely shipped without risk of damage during transit.
Special Delivery Arrangements:
If you need to make any special arrangements regarding your delivery, please contact FedEx directly once you have received your tracking information. FedEx may be able to accommodate specific delivery needs such as holding your shipment at a local facility or delivering at a specific time.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us a message through our Chat or email us immediately at info@loribeds.com with the details of your request. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our normal return policy applies. Please note that if you refuse delivery, the bed will be returned to us by FedEx, and you may incur return shipping fees.
