No. The YouLift Bed is designed to be manually lifted and lowered by two adults and does not include the structural reinforcements needed for a lifting mechanism. Adding one could compromise the bed’s safety and function, so we do not recommend modifying the unit.
If you want to make lifting easier, consider using a lighter mattress. Reducing the mattress weight by even 10–20 lbs can make a noticeable difference in how easy the bed is to operate.
