Free Shipping and Delivery Time:
Shipping is 100% free within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Most orders ship the same or next business day and arrive within 3–7 days after leaving our warehouse. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Details:
- Carrier: FedEx Home Delivery
- Signature: Not required; packages are left at your doorstep or standard drop-off area
- Boxes: The Lori Bed ships in 4 boxes (plus one extra if you add shelves or a desk), each weighing 70–120 lbs
- Packaging: Flat-packed for safe, compact transport
Special Arrangements:
Once you receive your tracking information, contact FedEx directly for any specific delivery requests (such as holding the package at a local facility).
Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact info@loribeds.com or reach out via Chat immediately. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy applies. Refused deliveries may incur return shipping fees.
