My Order Has Already Shipped — Can I Return It?

Yes. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process. To begin, please complete our Return Request Form.

Once submitted, there are two options:

Option 1: Attempt to Stop the Shipment
If the order is still in transit, Lori Beds can attempt to request a Return to Sender through FedEx on your behalf. This is not guaranteed, but we will do our best.
If successful, $75 per box will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Option 2: If the Shipment Has Been Delivered
If the package is delivered, you have two return options:

• Refuse Delivery: Refuse the package at the time of delivery, and FedEx will return it automatically. A $75 per box return shipping fee applies.
• Return After Delivery: If you accept the package, we can help arrange a FedEx return pickup. A $75 per box return shipping fee applies.
