My Order Was Fulfilled Already, But I Would Like It Held. What Can I Do?

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to delay delivery directly. However, there are a few options available to help manage your shipment:

1. Hold at a FedEx Location
You can request that FedEx hold your package at a nearby FedEx location for up to 7 days. This can be done through FedEx Delivery Manager.



2. Request a Vacation Hold
If you’ll be away for an extended period, FedEx offers a free vacation hold service for up to 14 days. This option may not be available for all shipments, but you can check eligibility by logging into FedEx Delivery Manager.

3. Stop and Return the Shipment
If you are unable to receive the package and neither of the FedEx options works, we may be able to intercept the shipment and return it to our warehouse. To request a Stop and Return, please complete our Returns Form to initiate the process.
