Once your order ships, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize your delivery experience. This tool allows you to:

✔️ Add delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the front door, under a carport).
✔️ Request a hold at a FedEx location for pickup.
✔️ Set up vacation holds to delay delivery while you're away.

How to Use FedEx Delivery Manager

You can sign up or log in to FedEx Delivery Manager to:

  • Add specific comments to help FedEx locate and access your home.
  • Specify where to place your package.

💡 Note: Delivery instructions apply to all packages delivered to your address, not just yours. Instructions may take up to 24 hours to update and are subject to driver discretion based on safety and other factors.
