Most orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day, so it is important to request a delay as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a hold or specific delivery date, we will do our best to ensure that your bed does not arrive before you’re prepared to receive it.
How to Request a Shipment Delay
Once you’ve placed your order, send an email to info@loribeds.com with your Order # and the preferred delivery date. Please choose a date on or after when you will be ready to receive the bed. Ideally, make this request immediately after placing your order to give us the best chance to adjust the fulfillment schedule.
We will do our best to manually delay shipment so that your bed is sent closer to your preferred date. However, since orders are fulfilled quickly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timing. Additionally, because the Lori Bed is shipped in multiple boxes, they may arrive on different days. Be sure to check tracking details for each box.
