You have 60 days from the date of your order to initiate a return for any reason. If for some reason your Bed isn’t a perfect fit for your space or needs, you can return it for a full refund. We also offer a lifetime of support—if anything ever happens to your bed, we’ll be here to help.

How the Return Process Works
Email Us Within 60 Days:

  1. To begin the return process, simply email us within 60 days of placing your order. We’ll send you a PDF of your return shipping label(s).
  2. Pack the Bed Securely: You’ll need to securely pack the bed in the original packaging. Please keep the boxes until you’re sure the bed is right for you. If you discard the packaging, we may not be able to process your return.
  3. Condition of the Bed: The bed must be in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for Paint-Ready beds that have been painted or stained. Make sure the bed is the right fit before making any modifications to it.
  4. Refund: Once we receive the bed and verify its condition, we will process a full refund of the purchase price, minus the return shipping cost of $75 per box. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs (for shipping the bed to you) are not refundable.

Lori Mattress 100-Day Sleep Trial
Our Lori Mattress comes with a 100-day sleep trial. Since your body can take a few weeks to adjust to a new mattress, we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 days to experience the full benefit. If after 30 days you’re still not satisfied, please reach out to us to discuss your options.
