Your Lori Bed is covered for life against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If any manufacturing defect occurs, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Lori Mattress – 10-Year Limited Warranty
Your Lori Mattress is protected for 10 years against defects such as sagging or material flaws that affect performance or comfort.
How to File a Claim
Submit a Warranty & Shipping Damage Claim before assembly if your product arrives damaged or develops a defect. Please include:
- Order number and product name
- Damaged part numbers (from part stickers)
- Photos of boxes, damages, and shipping label
- Detailed description of the issue
