We’re sorry your YouLift Bed arrived with damaged parts. Please follow these steps so we can resolve the issue quickly:
1. Inspect the Shipping Boxes
Check the box that contained the damaged parts for any visible damage. Take photos of all boxes, even if they appear undamaged.
2. Inspect the Damaged Parts
Carefully examine all parts and take clear, detailed photos of the damage (close-ups and full views). Include a photo of the shipping label from the affected box.
3. Provide a Description
Write a short description of the damage to help us assess the issue accurately.
4. Submit a Warranty & Shipping Damage Claim
Complete our Warranty & Shipping Damage Claims Form before assembly. Include:
- Order number and product name
- List of damaged parts (see part stickers)
- Photos of boxes, damages, and shipping label
- Detailed damage description
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review and respond promptly.
